CSG installs and centrally manages advanced call management and communications systems for use by correctional facilities, offering a variety of payment products and services to inmates and their family and friends.
All requests for repair, service, support, training, etc. are made one time – with one call regardless of the day or hour. We can be contacted by phone or email twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. CSG will install, repair and upgrade the inmate phones as needed. In addition, we will provide remote diagnostics and programming, trouble shooting, onsite maintenance, support and repair as needed. CSG will provide all maintenance, support and repair of all proposed software and equipment at no cost to the Facility.
CSG monitors our team's performance very closely to ensure that processes and personnel are meeting and exceeding customer expectations. We continuously evaluate ourselves and look for opportunities to improve or refine services. Our certified technicians are able to respond to most critical issues within two hours. They also have immediate access to engineering resources should the need arise.
