INVESTIGATOR PLATFORM

 

 

The Investigator Platform is designed to aid facility staff with the task of tracking and managing assets for specific incidents or individuals. The Investigator Platform allows for the creation of new “cases” by system administrators. Once a case is created, users can publish various assets to the case. Assets include call detail records, call recordings, electronic documents and scanned paper document, images, and many other assets. Case notes allow the investigator to track important details and information.

The system features patented three-way call detection technology with 36 tunable parameters that test the call path end-to-end and reduce the potential of fraudulent activities.

Our ITS has a fully featured call monitoring and recording system which allows for facility personnel to monitor and record calls in progress. All recording and monitoring of calls is done via web access which requires a secure login and firewall access information. All staff will be thoroughly trained on accessing the recording playback and Live Monitoring capabilities of the system. Users will also have access to our extensive online help library, second to none in the industry.

 

Live Monitoring

Our ITS interface has a very robust remote live monitoring feature set for investigators to use. Live Monitoring offers a range of features and tools for listening and investigating calls. Live Monitoring allows you to customize the views and functions to meet your individual need. The toolbar buttons and menus have been designed so you can obtain the information you need easily and quickly.
